We exist for the purpose of educating and empowering children and adults to reach their maximum potential in their personal lives, families, and achieving successful employment goals in highly competitive and growing industries. We will accomplish our objectives through (3) three main components: (1) Workforce Development, (2) Youth Development, and (3) Leadership Development.

What We Do

Youth Development
Programs

Designed to provide opportunities to enable physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of youth ages 3 to 17 years old. Increasing children’s exposure to STEM through activities such as periodic outdoor experiences, field trips, and science center and museum visits.

Hands on Job Training
Certificate Programs

After completion and graduation from the basic course work each individual will have a choice to participate in the following certificate training programs in future high growth industries to meet the needs of both economically disadvantaged workers and potential employers looking to hire experienced and trained individuals in our local growing communities and healthy job market.

Home Repair
Programs

From Large Buildings
to Small Houses

Empowerment Headquarters is collaborating with other community partners in the Triad area that include Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, and surrounding communities to build and repair decent and affordable new homes for qualifying families.
