Youth Development Program program is designed to provide opportunities to enable physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of youth ages 3 to 17 years old.

Leadership Development Program is designed to enhance and support individuals in reaching their maximum potential to be effective in their personal life, family life and workplace life for both young and older adults. Study has shown Leadership Development is the one attribute that determines the success or failure in the life of an individual. We offer leadership development programs to individuals age 18 and up.

Empowerment Headquarters is collaborating with other community partners in the Triad area that include Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, and surrounding communities to build decent and affordable new homes for qualifying families.

Our Construction Workforce Development Program offers some students further hands-on and OJT opportunities to further their training in the construction field.
