Our Leadership Development Program is designed to enhance and support individuals in reaching their maximum potential to be effective in their personal life, family life and work life for both young and older adults. The study has shown Leadership Development is the one attribute that determines the success or failure in the life of an individual. We offer leadership development programs to individuals age 18 and up. We offer classes in:

– Leading Others: Understanding the Laws of Leadership
– Coaching & Developing Others
– Resolving Conflict & Problem Solving
– Building & Maintaining Relationships
