Our founder and leader grew up in a low economic and disadvantage family of eleven brothers and sisters in Texas. He being the youngest sibling, decided to join the United States Military after graduating from high school. He received an Army ROTC Scholarship later and began taking college business courses as a full-time student and through hard work and dedication in pursuing excellence in business. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration while earning his College Associate Degree in Military Science. He was commissioned in December 1988 as a Military Officer in the US Army.
Upon college graduation, he continued to serve in the US military officer ranks while pursuing his life goals in business as an employee in the Area Management & Marketing Division of the Campbell Soup Company. He continued to develop and expand his business skills and excelling for years as an employee of the Campbell Soup Company while still growing and developing his leadership skills serving as a military officer and later serving as a Military Company Commander.
